President Draupadi Murmu is on a three-day visit to Odisha from 25 July. In this sequence, she reached Cuttack today. There were long queues of people at Chandi Chowk to catch a glimpse of the President. In such a situation, the President’s convoy was also slowly passing through the middle of the people.

However, meanwhile President Draupadi Murmu got down from her vehicle and gave chocolate to Payal Parida of Chandni Chowk area standing to welcome her. After this, Payal demonstrated yoga to the President. Payal has expressed happiness on getting chocolate from the President and meeting the President closely.
President took blessings of Mother Goddess
According to information, after reaching Cuttack today, the President first reached the Chandi temple and visited Maa Chandi and offered prayers there. People thronged the temple to have a glimpse of President Draupadi Murmu. As soon as the President reached the temple, people gathered together and welcomed the President. The President was accompanied by Governor Professor Ganeshi Lal.
The President reached the 75th Foundation Day celebrations of Odisha High Court
During this, Cuttack Chandi Maa was decorated in gold dress. Manoj Panda, the chief priest of the temple, informed the President and the Governor about the rituals of the temple. President Draupadi broke the protocol and interacted with the people.
Later, the President garlanded the statue of Madhubabu at Shailwala Mahila Mahavidyalaya. She later garlanded Netaji’s statue at the Netaji Museum and then attended the 75th Foundation Day celebrations of the Orissa High Court at the Jawaharlal Nehru Indoor Stadium in Cuttack as the chief guest.
