Rahul Gandhi and Shivraj Singh Chauhan clashed on Twitter, accusing each other about the vaccine

New Delhi

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi said on Sunday that Prime Minister Narendra Modi should end the shortage of corona vaccines and not make excuses to divert attention from this important issue. Hitting back, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan accused him of spreading misunderstanding, confusion and lies about vaccines. Rahul tweeted using the hashtag ‘Mann Ki Baat’, ‘The only thing about work – end the lack of vaccine! All the rest are excuses to divert attention. He wrote, ‘Just deliver the vaccine to every countryman, even if you listen to your mind!’

In response, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan tweeted, ‘Shame Rahul Baba, if not Prime Minister Narendra Modi ji, are you getting the vaccine installed? Prime Minister is providing free vaccine to all the citizens of the country and you are only spreading confusion! You spread confusion, lied due to which many people refused to get the vaccine.’ The Chief Minister tweeted, ‘Prime Minister Narendra Modi spoke to the villagers in village Dularia of Betul district who were not getting the vaccine due to confusion. Explained them in simple words and the villagers there started getting the vaccine.

Supporting the anti-agriculture law protesters, Rahul took to Instagram and said, “It’s been over 200 days since those protesting against agriculture laws and demanding to protect their livelihoods. The expenditure on agriculture has exceeded the income on agriculture. The policies of the government have failed to address their concerns despite a major crisis emerging. He also shared a video of about two minutes in which the very productive farmers of Wayanad, his parliamentary constituency in Kerala, are claiming to be in deep trouble.
